Carex House would be the ideal home for those who want to enjoy the comforts of a modern high-spec house without having to compromise with a ‘tiny-home’ lifestyle. The house has a fully private queen sized bedroom with expansive wardrobe so you don’t have to make sacrifices to live small. The exterior of Carex House is a timeless and classic Otago design with cedar cladding and black wriggly-tin that blends in with surroundings. The overall shape of the building was designed to steer away from a ‘tiny-home’ look by using clean lines and an open-gable pitch to blend in to a suburban or rural setting.
Towing and Trailer:
Trailer: Triple-axel electronic braked trailer which can be entirely removed.
Trailer is galvanised with additional 2 coats of zinc paint.
No specialist towing required.
Total weight within 3.5 tonnes limit(with the removal of appliances (fridge washer, furniture and if necessary cabinet doors, the weight would still fall under or on 3.5 tonnes) therefore this can be moved legally, in daylight hours, with wide load markers by an appropriate vehicle.
