Carex Mini is a fully custom designed home. We designed Carex Mini off the back of our original Carex House (sold). Carex Mini is a smaller version, designed with the short-term rental market in mind. This space would be the perfect guest house or Airbnb. The house has a queen size mezzanine bedroom with ample storage. The overall shape of the building was designed to steer away from a ‘tiny-home’ look by using clean lines and an open-gable pitch to blend in to a suburban or rural setting.
Total weight 3.2 tonnes(with the removal of appliances cabinet doors/drawers, this can be reduced further from 3.2T) therefore this can be moved legally, in daylight hours, by an appropriate vehicle.
